To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to allow us to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

- Last-Minute Cancellation / No Show Policy: – Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email for appointment cancellations or changes may result in a $70 fee. – Repeated no-shows and unpaid fees will lead to dismissal from our practice. - We ask for deposits to schedule multi pet appointments, for medical procedures, surgeries and special orders. Please understand we will need to collect the deposit before scheduling or ordering. Deposit amount may vary.
- Emergency Policy We are not an emergency hospital, however, we allocate several same day and urgent appointment slots during our regular business hours. These appointments are on a first come first basis given to regular patients of our hospital.
If we are unable to accommodate your pet, we will refer you to one of the emergency hospitals or urgent care clinics
At this time, we are not taking new clients (clients that have not been here in more than 3 years) so we can focus on our existing clients. We are working to meet all your pet care needs however, we may need to send you to an urgent care center if we are not able to assist
Please understand your business is very important to us.
Our team is working hard to provide quality care.
We appreciate your understanding.
