Boarding Policy: We board both cats and dogs. Check out our website for our complete boarding policy.
Our App: Through our app you can chat with us, refill prescriptions, pay virtually, earn loyalty paws, view vaccine history, upcoming due dates, request medical records and our personal favorite, share pet selfies! (Scan the QR code below to download our app) Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks, and Care Credit.
Patient Arrival Policy: For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier. If you are late we may not be able to see your pet. A missed appointment will result in a $30 dollar fee.
Pharmacy: Medications can be filled through our app or by calling us. We ask you to give us a 24 hour notice for all medication refills. You can also refill medications and prescription food, through our online pharmacy which can be accessed from our website or by scanning the QR code below.
Surgery Protocol: Due to the popularity of our services, all surgical procedures require a $100 deposit. The deposit is applied to the surgery and fully refundable up until 24 hours prior to surgery. Drop off is between 8-8:30 AM. Please allow up to 15 mins to go over pre-surgical paperwork at drop off. Pets should not have any food after midnight the night before surgery, unless otherwise specified. Routine surgery appointments are scheduled out several weeks, please plan accordingly.
